Over the past year, cDots’ work and focus highlighted two core conditions communities need to turn opportunity into real, lasting progress.
- Human capital readiness: Ensuring people, skills, and leadership are prepared to plan, deliver, and manage projects
- Place-based coordination: Aligning partners, capital, and institutions around local priorities
When these conditions come together, communities are positioned to act at the speed and scale the transition economy requires. We call this Transition Readiness.
Many communities, however, struggle not because of a lack of ideas or resources—but because coordinating across systems, partners, and timelines is hard. cDots exists to help bridge that gap.

Partnering with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation on Strategy for Tribal-led Energy Infrastructure
Today, our flagship work is in Oklahoma, where cDots partners with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, one of the largest Tribal Nations in the United States. As a Connector and Catalyzer, cDots supports early-stage planning and coordination at the intersection of clean energy, workforce development, and long-term community priorities. We will share more about this work in the coming months.
